It’s CNF’s birthday tonight!! I start pregaming at 9:00ish. I find out that the place where the kids meet up is scanning IDs. It’s okay because I’m slow with getting ready and getting out. I meet all the kids. Josh, Jonah, Evan (shows up later), Candace, Damien, Elise (Atron’s sis), Kerri, and a few more of NYIT friends.
We go to Sophie’s. I get two beers there. I buy CNF one and a whiskey shot with me. CNF gets darn drunk along with me. Go on Facebook and check all the pics. At one point, people start taking off their belts and hitting CNF in the ass. No homo, it’s gay, but still funny to see drunk CNF run around from the pain. By 3-4:00ish, people split up and I get home.

I wake up and grab some breakfast. I’m darn hungover from the night before and I should maybe get some studying done for the finals coming up, but I don’t. Instead, I go on my trusty Yelp and check out places to go. This really good sandwich/deli place in Nolita is supposed to be open, Parisi Bakey. I walk over, no go, it’s closed on this Sunday apparently. On the way to another place, I see that in Soho Broadway, there’s a food festival and they’ve closed down streets. Things are closed down, but I’m curious about the arepas, so I try them out.
It’s sweet cornmeal with mozzarella inside. The corn is a bit too sweet. The cheese isn’t too good. It’s bland and boring. It’s $4 for something the size of a palm, really disappointing.

I work for mom until 5:00ish. I’m out of alcohol, so I run to the liquor store. I get back, nap for 30 min, and then shower and get ready for a Stickam meetup at 7:00ish. They’ve been hanging out for a few hours already and it’s reaching night so I start pounding mad drinks. By the time I meet up with them near me, I’m pretty darn drunk. It’s easy that they meet near me and I bring them to “home” or Sophie’s.
It’s a shame because on Nikki and I drink. Donna and Kara eventually get drunk after a while. However, Kai, Chris, and Jon don’t drink. We meet up with this other Chris (who’s a creepy older guy) and Young Min. The boy’s a player and pays for drinks and an $100+ tab at the karaoke place. We’re at the karaoke place for a few hours then Nikki leaves. We take a cab to this place in Korea Town. Young Min takes us to this elevator and it’s one whatever floor and then boom, there’s a classy looking swanky bar/lounge.
He orders a pitcher of beer and some Korean food and stuff. It’s like 2:00ish I think by now. It sucks that no one really pitched in much for all the stuff, so I dropped a $20 to him. I do sorta feel bad about that. Donna came down from Syracuse and Chris paid for her ticket down. She’s supposed to stay with him, but she eventually ditches him to stay with Young Min’s. Pretty awkward when Chris left and Donna had to break the news to him. Heyyoo.
I end up taking the subway back eventually and I think I get back by 3:00ish. I find out that Kara vomited on the train back to NJ. It’s a really fun night since at least Nikki and I were drinking like real champs, while the other kids were sitting all quiet.

During the day, I meet up with Vanessa past 4:00ish at Milk Bar. We walk around for a lot of the day. We go to Chipotle and then Whole Foods to get some beer. We get a big jug of beer and go back to my place to hang around and YouTube until she has to go a b-day party in the city at 9:00ish.
My professor lost my midterm, but I get emailed that I got a 98 it. Heyooo! Party time. I’m buzzed from the beer and have some more of it. Then I find out that Candace is at a club and I go there. I’m really drunk at first so the walk over is really shitty. I end up paying $12 for the cover. Then I find out that I’m at the wrong place. I meet Damien and Candace outside. Turns out right next door, there’s Sullivan Room and I was at Sullivan Hall. What BS.
Damien tries to get me into the place. I almost slip into the place with another crowd of people, but the bouncer stops me. He then shows his stamp and I pretend to have one too, but he still stops me. I then follow Damien’s advice and give some lines like “I’m on the list for Rhythmemics.” They look for me on the list, but can’t find me and can’t let me slip through. I end up paying the “reduced” price of $20. So I paid for the wrong one AND this too. Meh, whatever. It’s funny though that there are so many attempts at trying to slip through the cracks. Sucks that this bouncer is really aware of stuff and I don’t get by.
It’s a club and I’m dancing the whole fuckin night. It’s the best workout I’ve had in a long time and I’m just sweating balls from the dancing and the warm weather. Candace and Damien know how to party because we stay out until almost 4:00. It’s really fun going out with them and finally go to the club since Prague.

I end up going to CNFs and it’s pretty cool hanging out with Damien and Candace there. I drink before getting there. I get there and I guess I’m drunk by then from the pregaming and a few hits from Damien’s one hitter. I’m drunk at one point and go to grab some McDonalds.
When I get back, I see that Amelie is paused. Candace says that they paused the movie for me. I’ve seen the movie before and I was out for a while. I’m like, “OMG! You didn’t have to do that! I’ve seen it before!” It turns out it was a joke, but Candace says that I’m nice for my reaction.

I work for mom during the day. It’s only from 1:00 to 6:30ish and I get $70 for it. Nice nice. I stop by home and then go to dinner with mom at one of my favorite pizza places, L’Asso. My mom orders the usual pear, walnut, gorgonzola with truffle oil pizza. It’s okay, but I don’t like it much because I’m a savory man. Her friend orders a clam pie. It’s soooo good. I also try this other slice which is pretty good, but I’m not sure what it was.
While waiting, I get a call from Corinne that she’s coming down to NYC randomly. Her sister is free too and she’ll be around for the day. How cools. However, she’s coming in the morning so I’ll have to sleep early.
I get back and sit around for a bit. I end up meeting Tiffany and her friend Gary. Gary is a nice kid, but sorta an awkwardish Asian kid. We sit around for a while in front of Tuck Shop and I stop by at the pool place. I stop by for a bit and end up leaving. I see Jonah and CNF for a lil’ bit and say Hi and then go back to sleep for tomorrow

I wake up at 8:00ish because Corinne is coming in an hour early. I get ready and head up to E 55th because that’s where her sis’ dorm is and where she parks her car. I meet her and we go down to Chinatown for dim sum at Jin Fong. We went there last time in January and it’s nom nom yummy.
We then go back up because we’re supposed to meet her sister. We sit around in Starbucks and go live on her Stickam for a bit. We then drop her stuff off at her sis’ and go out and meet Connor. Corinne buys some cool jewelry. We walk over to Central Park and sit down on this big rock for an hour or so. She finds out that her friend’s b-day party is happening and needs to go back home.
We walk over to grab a bite at a bagel place and she leaves after that at like 5:00ish. I’m a bit tired from the day because of waking up so early. It’s also wicked warm since it’s like 70s and under. It’s a really fun day though and we’ll have to see what the night brings.
CNF tells me about some electronic concert that Damien and Jonah are going to. I try to make plans with Evan, but he doesn’t get back to me. Randomly, CNF calls me and says they’re going to a club, Pacha. I end up taking the subway there (Hell’s Kitchen) and I find Jonah outside. It turns out that he had his fake ID taken away and the bouncer told him, “Get the fuck off the line.”
It’s 12:00ish by now and CNF comes out. Stefan, who was inside, storms at CNF and he’s really pissed for Jonah. He tries to get into a fight with CNF, even though Jonah doesn’t really care that his ID was taken away. I keep trying to diffuse the fight and it eventually stop.
Candace and Kerri end up coming out. It’s the first time I’ve met Kerri. It’s 12:30ish and I keep trying to stop the fight. We walk and meet up with Candace’s gay friend, Anthony. I’m not a sheltered boy since I live in NYC, but our boy is very fabulous. Without an ID, we try to find somewhere that is loose. Anthony brings us to a gay bar named Posh.
Stefan for some reason is pissed off and ends up leaving. We do the “get in, go back out, pass the ID” move. We use CNF’s ID and it works with Jonah. I run into and grab a $5 Bud Light immediately. Jonah and CNF start off the night and are stiff as boards on the dance floor. It’s an interesting atmosphere, since I’ve never been to a gay bar before and different for me because I’m the shortest guy there and the only Asian.
CNF ends up leaving early for some reason. Jonah loosens up and dances with us. It’s a really fun since I haven’t danced in forevs. I text Evan that I’m at a gay bar because he tells me to come out, however I’m already out all the way in Hell’s Kitchen. I would come back down if it didn’t take forever. Derick says that it’s mad gay stuff for me to be there. I reply that I’m “getting some glory hole.” A good one on my part.
We dance for hours and hours until we finally leave at 3-4:00ish. We sit outside for a bit until I finally decide I should get back. I get back at like 5:00ish and iChat with Bolanos about random shit until 6:30. I spend the rest of my weekend (Sunday) doing my Spanish presentation. Ugh, I really hate oral presentation shit.

I take the subway and stop by a halal cart at 4:00AM, who cares. When I’m walking away, a cab door hits the cart. Then these two guys in their 20s run out that are dressed like they were out drinking and shout at that cabbie. He goes out and asks for his money. There’s an argument and they walk away, the cabbie spits on the ground.
The shorter of the friends thinks that the guy spit on his friend. He starts shouting stuff like “Yo fuck, you spit on my BRO!? That’s my BRO! You don’t do that, Imma fuck you up!” I guess he’s gay for his “bro” and keeps shouting it.
The cabbie shouts stuff like, “Hit me! Come on! Do it!” There’s a bit of pushing and a few on lookers at 4:00AM… It eventually settles and the cabbie ends up jumping back into his cab. The short one kicks the guy’s cab and makes a huge dent. He then tries to break the passenger side window with a huge kick, but it just bumps back. It’s quite a scary fight at this time of the day.

Tiffany wants to do something today. We make plans, but they get confusing about where to meet up and I end up going home after confusion and not finding her for an hour. Long story, she doesn’t have a phone now.
I get home and we end up making plans for the night. I meet her near City Hall, we grab some dinner at this weird diner like place and stay there for a few hours. We then walk over to Chinatown and there’s an arcade there. Stay there for a few hours and play a game of Guitar Hero because she has to get home because of a 12:00 curfew. It’s 10:00ish.
The rest of the weekend is darn uneventful and I don’t really do anything. Go read dweez.yelp.com for food adventures.
On Sunday, I actually see fresh mozzarella for $6.99. Yummies. I should’ve bought like 10 lbs, but get one. It’s darn good with my new turkey burger that I’ve introduced.
Turkey burger on sesame bun. Melt the fresh mozzarella on top. Pickles, mayo, ketchup, and I put kettle cooked cheddar jack & sour cream chips on top. I know it sounds weird, but start putting potato chips in your burgers. It’s good.

Darn does it feel good. I had a Spanish “midterm” on Monday and National Security midterm today. It’s been an annoying past few days with the cramming, but with my nap today, it all feels way better. Lets see what the week brings ☺
I’m also watching around 30 shows a week. I know it may sound crazy, but you’re just not multitasking enough if you can’t pull it off. I’ll bring up some of the shows that I have comments on.
Legend of the Seeker- I’ve spoken about this, it’s basically Lord of the Rings on TV.
60 Minutes- Some of the interviews and stories are pretty interesting. Andy Rooney is the funniest man in America.
Breaking Bad- Best show on TV right now. A high school chemistry teacher dying of cancer cooks meth to support his son and pregnant wife when he dies.
Better Off Ted- A really interesting show. Reminds me of Middleman. It’s not a conventional sitcom and it’s quite witty. Watch it.

I find out that Bolanos is meeting Josh. Evan and I go to Josh’s at 12:00ish and CNF is there too. We sit around for a bit before going to a man filled empty pub. It’s a decent drinking night and I take the subway back with Evan.

Bolanos, Josh, Atron, and CNF come into the apartment to pregame for a bit. Again like a fuckin’ idiot, I get lost trying to get to Sophie’s. We stay there for the night, though Josh left early. We sit there drinking beer for the night.
Evan ends up showing up, wow! Anyway, we just sit there for the night. There’s this girl that talks to the table for a bit before she goes to the bathroom. Then she talks to us when she gets out. Very cute. She’s closest to Bolanos, but after a bit of convo, she ends up walking away. I make a mention about how Bolanos, the closest one, could’ve pushed the game a bit more, but whatever.
Atron, Bolanos, and I see that Crif is crowded as shit. I bring them to Sunny and Annie’s and they grab two 40s. I get one to share with Bolanos, though a drunkin’ Atron reprimands me.
Atron and Bolanos come back to my place. Atron sleeps over by 6ish. Bolanos goes home. It turns out that the subway wasn’t working so he has to take the 6:19. He says he ran into someone at the subway that had been waiting for three hours… Wow…

Corinne calls and wakes me up at 1:00ish. Atron and I for some reason finish some of the 40 that’s left. We then go to Chinatown for dumplings. Nom Nom. We then walk through Little Italy, look through the bootleg stuff on Canal, then go to the Design Store MoMa. It’s so fun. It’s like a kid’s museum, but with hi-design artsy stuff that you can play with.
Atron goes home at 5:00ish.
I stay in for the night. I find out later that people were over at Josh’s place, but that’s at 1:00AM, so whatevs. At least I had some good drinking going.

I end up napping until 6:00ish. Evan calls me to get dinner. We look for Banh Mi, but it’s closed. We go to Fay Da to get some steamed buns. We then walk over to Whole Foods for chopped liver. I’ve never had any. I then get him to buy a 6 pack of UFO Hefeweizen for $10. We go back to his place for a little bit. Chopped liver is really weird. The raw onion is a bit overpowering, though I do like the liver. It’s okay, but you can’t have too much of it. It’s certainly an extremely strong flavor and something that has to be acquired. A really strong nasty smell and I would expect most would find it absolutely atrociously inedible.
By the way, Stickam update. Been speaking to Corinne a lot these days. Ela from Germany too. Roxanne from the Asian Stickam channel. Kara, who visited me once and has a huge crush on me.

Turkey burger on sesame bun. Melt the fresh mozzarella on top. Pickles, mayo, ketchup, and I put kettle cooked cheddar jack & sour cream chips on top. I know it sounds weird, but start putting potato chips in your burgers. It’s good.

Darn does it feel good. I had a Spanish “midterm” on Monday and National Security midterm today. It’s been an annoying past few days with the cramming, but with my nap today, it all feels way better. Lets see what the week brings ☺
I’m also watching around 30 shows a week. I know it may sound crazy, but you’re just not multitasking enough if you can’t pull it off. I’ll bring up some of the shows that I have comments on.
Legend of the Seeker- I’ve spoken about this, it’s basically Lord of the Rings on TV.
60 Minutes- Some of the interviews and stories are pretty interesting. Andy Rooney is the funniest man in America.
Breaking Bad- Best show on TV right now. A high school chemistry teacher dying of cancer cooks meth to support his son and pregnant wife when he dies.
Better Off Ted- A really interesting show. Reminds me of Middleman. It’s not a conventional sitcom and it’s quite witty. Watch it.

I find out that Bolanos is meeting Josh. Evan and I go to Josh’s at 12:00ish and CNF is there too. We sit around for a bit before going to a man filled empty pub. It’s a decent drinking night and I take the subway back with Evan.

Bolanos, Josh, Atron, and CNF come into the apartment to pregame for a bit. Again like a fuckin’ idiot, I get lost trying to get to Sophie’s. We stay there for the night, though Josh left early. We sit there drinking beer for the night.
Evan ends up showing up, wow! Anyway, we just sit there for the night. There’s this girl that talks to the table for a bit before she goes to the bathroom. Then she talks to us when she gets out. Very cute. She’s closest to Bolanos, but after a bit of convo, she ends up walking away. I make a mention about how Bolanos, the closest one, could’ve pushed the game a bit more, but whatever.
Atron, Bolanos, and I see that Crif is crowded as shit. I bring them to Sunny and Annie’s and they grab two 40s. I get one to share with Bolanos, though a drunkin’ Atron reprimands me.
Atron and Bolanos come back to my place. Atron sleeps over by 6ish. Bolanos goes home. It turns out that the subway wasn’t working so he has to take the 6:19. He says he ran into someone at the subway that had been waiting for three hours… Wow…

Corinne calls and wakes me up at 1:00ish. Atron and I for some reason finish some of the 40 that’s left. We then go to Chinatown for dumplings. Nom Nom. We then walk through Little Italy, look through the bootleg stuff on Canal, then go to the Design Store MoMa. It’s so fun. It’s like a kid’s museum, but with hi-design artsy stuff that you can play with.
Atron goes home at 5:00ish.
I stay in for the night. I find out later that people were over at Josh’s place, but that’s at 1:00AM, so whatevs. At least I had some good drinking going.

I end up napping until 6:00ish. Evan calls me to get dinner. We look for Banh Mi, but it’s closed. We go to Fay Da to get some steamed buns. We then walk over to Whole Foods for chopped liver. I’ve never had any. I then get him to buy a 6 pack of UFO Hefeweizen for $10. We go back to his place for a little bit. Chopped liver is really weird. The raw onion is a bit overpowering, though I do like the liver. It’s okay, but you can’t have too much of it. It’s certainly an extremely strong flavor and something that has to be acquired. A really strong nasty smell and I would expect most would find it absolutely atrociously inedible.
By the way, Stickam update. Been speaking to Corinne a lot these days. Ela from Germany too. Roxanne from the Asian Stickam channel. Kara, who visited me once and has a huge crush on me.
Weird story, turns out that Camille, who I’ve been speaking to on MSN, ends up knowing Tiffany. They’ve never met, but Camille added me on Facebook. I was like WTF?! Then I find out that it’s a REALLY small world because of the coincidence. I think Camille, Tiffany, and I are doing something on Friday.
